Laser Control Bending (LCB)

The angle measuring system avoids extensive positioning processes, optimises your bending results effectively and helps reduce scrap parts.
Along with the LCB, we offer a measuring device which meets the increasing cost pressure and quality requirements.

Flexibility

Technology from Compton. All backstop systems have a dynamic axle drive with AC servo motors and thus provide for the best positioning speeds.

Quality

Other characteristics of quality are, for example, flexible backstop systems, high bending accuracy through DNC programmable crowning facility, prebending and folding without tool change, working at several stations, easy material handling through movable support brackets, and bending aids that can be programmed and moved laterally and vertically.
