Powerful Machines for Heavy Pipes

Extremely powerful machines are needed for manufacturing pipes with up to 20 mm section thickness in the step bending procedure. This is why we have manufactured a 6 m long press brake with a press tonnage of 2000 t. The machine was equipped with special tools for bending extremely thick-sectioned pipes. Due to the heavy weight of the sheet, a special front and rear backstop system was also necessary.

With the step bending procedure, you can bend pipes with different diameters without having to change the tool.
